Get your first month of weight loss treatment for £20. For Months 2 and 3, you'll pay our standard 3-month plan rate (which depends on your dose). You'll see the full pricing, including your total over 3 months, before you pay.

The 90-day trial is a 3-month commitment — you pay all 3 months. Your first month is £20, and Months 2 and 3 are charged at our standard 3-month plan rate. By signing up, you're agreeing to stay subscribed and pay all 3 monthly instalments. You can't pause or cancel during the 3 months unless you have a medical reason (for example, significant side effects, an adverse event, or pregnancy) or you move outside the UK. These exceptions are decided by our clinical or customer care team; if we approve one, you won't be charged for any remaining instalments. See our Terms of Sale for more details.

You'll first complete an online assessment. Our clinical team will then review whether the treatment is suitable for you. You'll only be charged if they approve your treatment.

After Month 3, your plan converts to our standard monthly subscription at the price that matches your dose, and continues until your 12-month period ends. This monthly plan isn't a second commitment period — you can pause it at any time, and you can cancel it by contacting our customer care team. If you'd like to start another 3-month plan instead, you can request one — though we may not be able to offer it. We'll send you a reminder 14 days before your plan converts, and again 7 days before, so you can pause, cancel, or change your plan before you're charged.

The 90-day trial — a 3-month commitment where you pay all 3 months — is for first-time weight loss medication users only. You're eligible if you haven't used any weight-loss medication. We'll confirm your eligibility through a short self-declaration during your online consultation.

We may change or withdraw the 90-day trial — our 3-month commitment plan where you pay all 3 months — for new sign-ups at any time. This won't affect anyone already on it.

We want you to know you're getting a fair price. If you spot one of our listed providers offering the same plan at a lower standard price while, let us know and we'll refund the difference once your plan completes.

The price match applies to commitment plans only — not monthly rolling subscriptions. It's available only to customers who (1) started a weight-loss commitment plan on or after 09/07/2026 (plans that began before this date aren't eligible) and (2) have not previously purchased the Numan weight loss programme. Numan can withdraw this promotion at any time, but this won't affect customers who became eligible while the promotion was running (they can still submit a claim under these terms).

We match the total cost of the provider's own standard plan of the same length as yours, for these providers: Boots, Superdrug, Voy, Juniper, MedExpress, and SheMed. This can include two things only: the provider's standard first-order discount, and the provider's standard commitment plan of the same length. We don't include anything else in the comparison — promo codes, referral discounts, loyalty pricing, seasonal sales, bundle deals, or any other one-off offer stacked on top of the provider's standard plan price.

To claim, send screenshots or links of the competitor's plan pricing to our Customer Care team within the Numan app— one showing their checkout page with the standard first-order discount applied, and one showing their published ongoing pricing for month 2 onwards. Screenshots must be taken during the same site visit, on the same date, and must show no referral or voucher code applied beyond the provider's own standard first-order discount (we don't accept pricing mixed from different dates or separate promotions). We verify claims against the provider's live pricing before approving a refund, and reserve the right to check the price independently and decline anything we can't confirm.

The competitor plan must be comparable to yours — same medication and same dose. You can claim a refund within 14 days of completing your plan, once you've paid all instalments. We'll compare the total you paid Numan across your completed plan against the total cost of the provider's standard plan of the same length (as set out above), and refund you the difference. You can submit one claim per customer.

Evidence must be genuine and unaltered. We don't accept screenshots, links, or other evidence that has been edited or manipulated in any way, including using AI tools. If we find or reasonably suspect that evidence has been falsified, we'll reject the claim.

If your claim is approved, we'll refund the difference within 3 to 5 business days, paid only into the same bank account or card originally used to pay Numan. We can't issue refunds to a different account or payment method.

You can use the price match alongside other Numan promotions where eligible. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment.
