What makes our challenge different?

Each month of the 2025 Total Health Challenge focuses on a different part of your wellbeing, and February is all about taking care of your heart. You’ll become part of a growing community—people just like you, sharing their triumphs, setbacks, and everything in between. With the hashtag #NumanHealthChallenge, you can document your progress on social media, inspire others to take that first step, and celebrate those small-but-mighty wins that add up to something remarkable. Below are just some of the benefits of signing up to this challenge now.

Getting to really know your heart

The most important changes in your health aren’t always visible—but that doesn’t mean they aren’t happening. That’s why we recommend taking a Heart Health Blood Test at the start of February and again 12 weeks later. This simple, at-home blood test gives you a deeper look at your heart health by measuring key markers like cholesterol, blood sugar, and inflammation.

By tracking these biomarkers, you’ll see exactly how your efforts are making a difference. Understanding your progress helps you stay motivated, make smarter choices, and feel confident that you’re on the right path. Your heart works hard for you every day, so think of this as your chance to show it some love.

Heart-healthy foods

What if your favourite meals could be indulgent, delicious, and good for your heart? With the right ingredients, it’s entirely possible. Think of hearty leafy greens packed with antioxidants, omega-3-rich fish that reduce inflammation, and wholesome grains that regulate cholesterol.

When you join the February Heart Health Challenge, you’ll unlock even more ways to transform your plate. Learn how to swap heavy takeaways for heart-friendly recipes that taste just as indulgent. Imagine pizzas with wholegrain bases and vibrant veggie toppings, or kebabs made with marinated chicken thighs and a zesty low-fat garlic dip. It’s not about giving up your favourites—it’s about upgrading them.
