We’ve recently hit a significant milestone for Numan and secured $60 million in new funding. This support underlines our commitment to our patients, and our mission to make proactive, patient-centred care a cornerstone of healthcare.
In some ways this changes very little.
Our mission remains unchanged: we exist to help people lead happier, healthier, longer lives.
Our vision continues at pace: seamlessly combining diagnostics, medication, expert care, and behavioural support into a personalised health journey that spans prevention and cure.
But at the same time Numan has transformed in the last 18 months.
We've seen remarkable growth. Our revenue more than doubled to over $90 million in 2024, completing our first year of profitability and setting up the incredible trajectory we’ve been on in 2025. We are now on track to achieve 150% growth in 2025, delivering all-around care which truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
However, this announcement is not really about the numbers (as exciting as they may be). It’s about what those numbers mean for our patients and the difference we can make in delivering healthcare that is proactive, holistic, and accessible.
Improving patient care and expanding globally
This new funding propels us forward in our preventative health mission. Having treated over 650,00 patients to date, we see the incredible engagement and life-changing outcomes that people can achieve with the right health support.
Post-Covid, we’ve also seen the rise of a more empowered, proactive patient - eager to understand their health and take control. Historically, achieving optimal health has been expensive, time-consuming, and inaccessible. But today, we’re at a pivotal moment: the convergence of technology, clinical evidence, and cultural readiness gives us a unique chance to reshape healthcare and begin reversing the epidemics of obesity, diabetes, cancer, and mental health.
In fact, we’ve gone as far as to say that our mission is to end obesity, one of the most pressing health challenges of our time. This is an area we will continue to invest in across our platform, our team, and our creative - breaking the stigma, the barriers to care, and ensuring everyone can access the right experts, tools and support so that we can reverse a crisis that costs the UK over £126bn every year.
Beyond obesity, we're evolving our offering, expanding our reach across the UK, improving men’s health services, and introducing a new hormonal health offering for women's health as well. We’ve also built a world-class, AI-powered health coach - setting new standards for safety, efficacy, and scalability that is already delivering significant benefits for our patients.
Our partners - including long-term investors, White Star Capital and Novator, and the fresh support from Big Pi Ventures, Endeavor Catalyst, and HSBC Innovation Banking - are crucial in keeping patient health as our top priority. With their support, we’re also expanding our team into new regions, including Greece, allowing us to work with even more highly skilled technologists and AI specialists - and ensuring we keep innovating and delivering the service that helps our patients truly maximise their life.
Looking forward
Seven years after founding Numan, I feel more energised than ever to lead this next chapter. To every member of the Numan team: thank you for your incredible energy and commitment. And to the 650,000 patients who trust us with their health: thank you - we’ll keep raising the bar for you.
Onwards.
