Attitudes towards sex have changed. There are more ways for men to spice things up than ever with penis sleeves, penis pumps, elaborate sex parties, and even electric shocks.

This next one might be a surprise. But hear us out. Stimulating the male G-spot (yes, up your bottom) could unlock serious pleasure.

But first of all…

Where and what is the male G-spot?

The male G-spot, or P-spot, is better known as the prostate, a walnut-sized gland between the bladder and the penis. It contributes to a number of key functions of your sexual health as it supplies part of the seminal fluid which mixes with sperm from the testes. Usually, when you hear about the prostate it’s because something is wrong.

But it’s time to turn the tables. You can trigger a mind-blowing orgasm by massaging the prostate gland as it’s covered in nerve endings. Many men report that this kind of orgasm is even more powerful than a penile one:

An out-of-body explosion. A whole new wave of pleasure. An incredible rush. Heaven. Hot fire. Lighting your entire inside up. If an ejaculation feels like a 10, this was a 20.

The anecdotal evidence speaks for itself.

Now let’s see how you can do it:

1. Take things slow

Slow and steady wins the race. As is usually the key to successful sex - it’s better to relax. Your body won’t allow access if you’re tense.

The prostate feels like a rounded lump. Once you’ve found the magic button, rubbing in circular or up-and-down motions is a good start. It might take a bit of trial and error to reach the finish line. It’s down to you and your body. And remember to be gentle - it’s a marathon, not a sprint.

At the same time, don’t ignore the other parts. Especially if you’re with a partner (assuming they’re up for it), different sex positions may open it up more. Don’t be afraid to experiment.

And if you're struggling to locate it, have a look at this handy graph. Don't say we don't treat you.

2. Take a bathroom break

You might be worried about leaving a crime scene behind to the horror of you and your partner.

Massaging the prostate can lead to the sensation of needing to go to the bathroom.  However, your rectum is an ingenious thing designed to keep faeces waiting in the wings until you’re ready to have a bowel movement. Just make sure you visit the bathroom before whilst a good wash should remove any clingers.

3. Come prepared

There are a variety of colourful tools to help. Slender plugs, remote-controlled massagers, or prostate massagers - the possibilities are endless. Take the guesswork out of it with toys specifically curved for stimulating your prostate. No messing around.

4. Wash your hands

There’s no dressing it up - you or your partner will have to enter your backside. The prostate is in the rectum. It’s better to wash your hands or instrument after stimulating the P-spot, even if you don’t see anything there. Washing before touching other parts of the body is a surefire way to avoid infections.

It’s important to remember: stimulating the male G-spot isn’t for everybody. It’s down to you and you alone.

There are many ways to skyrocket your sex life, like learning to last longer in bed, improving your penis health, or being more open with your partner.

The numan take

Stimulating your prostate can lead to full-body orgasms. Even if experts are baffled about how or why this happens, there’s plenty of enthusiastic evidence.

It’s not for everyone. But it could help you enter new realms of pleasure. For those who aren’t interested - fair enough. For those curious, try something new. There’s nothing to lose.
