When will I get my Numan delivery?

All Numan products ship free, in packaging designed to protect your privacy. There's no branding on the outside, so nobody needs to know what's inside but you.

How delivery works for your treatment

Exactly how your order arrives depends on what you've ordered.

Erectile dysfunction

Your ED treatment is sent through Royal Mail, with a tracking number in your dispatch email. The packaging is designed to fit through a standard letterbox, so you won't need to sign for it or be home when it arrives.

Blood test kits

Blood test kits also arrive via Royal Mail and fit through your letterbox, so there's no need to be in. These aren't currently tracked.

Weight loss medication

Weight loss medication is sent via Royal Mail's next-day service, with a tracking number in your dispatch email. We'd recommend downloading the Royal Mail app to follow your delivery.

These packages won't fit through a standard letterbox, so you'll need to be around to receive them, unless you've set up a Royal Mail Safe Space.

What does the delivery package look like?

We know privacy matters, so every order arrives in a plain cardboard box, branded only on the inside. Your patient information and medication are sealed inside, and the box itself is fully recyclable. Read more on how discreet our packaging is.

How long will it take to get my order?

If it's your first order, it should reach you within 48 hours of your prescription being approved by one of our clinicians. If it's taking longer than that, here's what to do if your order hasn't arrived.

When will my next order arrive?

Subscriptions renew every 28 days from your initial order, here's why we use 28 days instead of a calendar month. You can stop or pause your subscription at any time, or change your delivery date in your Numan account.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Numan currently ships within the UK only, including Northern Ireland.
