Our hiring process
We know that talent comes from all over the world. Our diverse set of teams operate in multiple locations including Cardiff, London, and Greece, with remote opportunities in Greece and the UK. Here's what to expect with the hiring process:
Talent screening call
This initial stage is a chance for us to learn more about you. During the informal 30-minute phone call, we’ll also share information about Numan and the role.
Hiring manager interview
Either in-person or remote, you’ll meet the hiring manager who will ask you about your experience and interest in Numan. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have.
Technical task or case study
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical task or case study. This allows both you and the hiring manager to assess if your skills and interests align with the position. After completing the task, there will be a session to discuss your experience and insights.
Final interview and offer
In the final stage, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions. You’ll also be asked some values-based questions and may meet additional team members you’ll be working with.

Sokratis Papafloratos
Sokratis has supported some of the UK’s leading tech start-ups and founded three of his own. Driven by a passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives, he launched Numan in 2018. As CEO, he's built a team of over 400 people and supported over half a million patients with Numan's services.

Danielle Brightman
Danielle Brightman is the Clinical Director at Numan. She leads clinical strategy and oversight across all teams, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness in everything Numan delivers.

Jamie Smith-Webb
Jamie is Numan’s Chief Technology Officer, leading the technology and product teams in creating the integrated healthcare platform that empowers patients to live longer, healthier lives. Over his 20+ years of technology and product experience before Numan, heʻs scaled technology platforms and teams in FinTech across the globe.

Zoe Griffiths
Qualifying as a registered dietitian over 20 years ago, Zoe has worked in the behavior change and obesity treatment space for the majority of her career. Zoe currently leads the Behavioural Medicine and Health Coaching services at Numan.
